Om to the nom: Serious Eats reviews every dipping sauce from Pommes Frites in NYC, from barbecue to “war sauce” (raw onion + mayo).

(Side note: I’m both very happy and very sad that we don’t have an all-fries restaurant in Seattle. I would go there… a lot.)
